30 Day Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the return conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, an item should:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Be unused and in its original condition
Not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Include its original packaging and included components where applicable
Be accompanied by the order information needed to identify the purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, personalization, or product condition reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or customized items made specifically for you
Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without their original condition, packaging, or included components where these are required
Gift cards
Digital products, where applicable
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or is different from what you ordered.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate. This helps us understand the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Please do not send the item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Meme’s Treasures cannot be responsible for a return that is lost while being shipped back to us.

How Your Refund Works

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the applicable return conditions.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to make the refunded amount available in your account.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the return is related to an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
