Simplicity 4839 for 18 inch Doll

This is an old pattern from the 60's - Simplicity 4839 pattern for a wardrobe to an 18 inch doll.  This is pre- American Girl so I don't know if the patterns would fit the doll or not.  It has been cut, but appears to be all there, it states " Simple to Sew ".
